PI & PE — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 29, 2026

Last Updated: April 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PI & PE (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects user information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect Directly

The App itself does not directly collect personal information such as names, emails, or phone numbers. Game progress (cleared stages, stars, hearts) is stored locally on your device.

2. Google Play Games Services (Optional)

If you choose to enable “Link Google Account” in the in-game settings, Google Play Games Services processes:

  • Google account display name, game progress (cleared stages and stars)
  • Purpose: Cloud backup for device migration / reinstall recovery
  • Storage: Google’s servers, tied to your account
  • Deletion: Disconnect via in-app settings, or delete via Google Account data page

This feature is optional. If you do not use it, no information is transmitted externally.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

  • Advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA)
  • Device information (model, OS version, language)
  • Approximate location (IP-based)

This data is governed by Google Ads Policy and Google Privacy Policy. You can control this via your device’s “Reset Advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” settings.

4. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not share or sell user information to third parties beyond the Google services (Play Games Services, AdMob) listed above.

5. Data Retention

  • Device-stored progress: Until app uninstall
  • Cloud progress: Until you delete it from your Google account

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data
